The Clarke Historical Museum Presents: A Night At The Museum
A Costume Gala, Immersive Cultural Experience, and Live Digital Fundraiser
Step into History: Join Us for "A Night at the Museum" Costume Gala, Immersive Cultural Experience, and Digital Fundraiser!
Location: 240 E Street, Eureka, CA, Clarke Historical Museum
Embrace the allure of a bygone era at Clarke Museum's prestigious "A Night at the Museum" where the past comes to life to support our mission to preserve our local history.
The Purpose:
Proceeds from this event will fuel our 2024 initiatives for Nealis Hall, our museum's Native American wing. Your generous contributions will fund projects such as the commissioning of a stunning redwood door by esteemed Karuk/Yurok artist Alme Allen and our efforts to secure ownership of Nealis Hall from the City of Eureka, ensuring the preservation of its indigenous collections for generations to come.
Tickets Include:
- Interact with live historical characters coordinated by local historian Lynette Mullen.
- Live demonstrations of indigenous crafts produced by Shirley Laos of Trinidad Rancheria.
- Regalia Dress Walk narrated by Rachel Sundberg of Trinidad Rancheria.
- String Quartet coordinated by local classical music maven Julie Fulkerson.
- Canapes by Brett Shuler Fine Catering.
- One free cocktail reflecting the spirit of different times past.
Our online streaming event will also allow you to engage with live interviews, entertainment, and a captivating silent auction—all from the comfort of your home.
